All our machines are CNC controlled with feedback loop for precise control of the molding process and optimal efficiency in set-up,

quality monitoring, and process control. We use only desiccant dryers with dew point indicators for the best process moisture control.

We closely monitor the mold temperature by using die heaters for all our injection molding machines.

Our facility is climate controlled and a clean molding facility with diligent house keeping. Our visitors often comment that we have

the cleanest shop in the area.

    In addition to our molding capabilities, we offer a broad range of value added secondary operations to meet our customer’s needs such

as decorating, secondary machining, and component assembly.
